WHEN TO ARRIVE

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may receive shortened treatment times (at the normal fee).

BOOKING

Best to text ( 951) 322- 7403 to schedule your preferred appointment time and to discuss any special needs or questions that you may have. We require a valid credit card information or HALO  Spa & Salt  gift certificate from all guests for any spa appointments; this is to hold the appointment against our cancellation policy.  

CANCELLATION

Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% for the treatment scheduled. “No-shows” will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled. Our group cancellation policy is 48 hour  

Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost certificates are not refundable and not replaceable. 

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Certificate are not refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost certificates are not refundable and not replaceable. They never expire.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

PRODUCT RETURNS

Store credit for products returned with receipt within 15 days of purchase. 

RETURNED CHECKS

If a check is returned to us, you will be charged a $20 handling fee. 

GRATUITIES

Your spa fee, or gift certificate, does not include an appreciation for the therapist. Please feel free to leave the gratuity you consider appropriate. Spa package prices do not include a gratuity. 

AGE POLICY

Guests under the age of 18 must have parent / guardian approval to receive services.

SPA DECORUM

In order to preserve a relaxing and meditative atmosphere, we ask you to speak softly and please turn off all cellular phones and pagers. Hot tea with Biscotti and iced cucumber water are available to you during your spa treatment.

If a client is behaving inappropriately, the therapist is authorized to stop treatment.

YOUR BELONGINGS 

We are not responsible for loss or damage of any personal articles (including cars). Spa procedures: First-time guests are asked to fill out a confidential health and skincare profile. Please disclose any medical conditions and\or prescription drugs you are taking.

The following information is our new protocol for ALL customers. Please read and follow the information provided below to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff prior to your appointment.
We understand that these times can be frustrating, however we are committed to ensuring your safety and well-being during your visit with us! We want to thank you for your continued support and patience. 

  •  You must be wearing a mask to enter.
  •  Upon entering please use hand sanitizer.
  •  No Guests. One person at the time.
  •  Temperature check at the door before entering is mandatory.
  •  If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness please call to reschedule.
  •  Please ring the doorbell, when you arrive at the front door before entering to assure your room is ready.
  •  Please expect longer than normal wait times due to new COVID-19 protocols. 

*Face covering may be remove during the face down portion of the touch therapy, and for entire service when you are receiving a treatment. Face covering also be removed while you are in Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) session.
